I’m an operations and project management professional with 12+ years of experience leading complex industrial plants and cross-functional projects in regulated manufacturing environments. I combine a structured PM approach with deep operational expertise to deliver measurable results in challenging settings.

I’ve led full project lifecycle management—scope definition, resource planning, execution, budget control (CapEx/OpEx), and stakeholder reporting—often managing concurrent initiatives across production, infrastructure, compliance, and energy. I monitor OEE and operational KPIs to help teams achieve production targets while improving margins by addressing inefficiencies with clear structural solutions.

In my roles, I coordinate cross-functional teams across procurement, quality, logistics, maintenance, and planning, with direct supervision of department heads. I support supplier selection and evaluation, run contract negotiation, and deliver cost/benefit assessments for new technologies, while developing teams through leadership, training, and structured problem solving.

As a Certified Safety Manager (D.Lgs. 81/08), I own HSE plans, prevention measures, and regulatory interfaces, and I develop and maintain quality and environmental management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) alongside corporate energy policy management. With PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ISO 18404), I bring operational impact and execution discipline—supported by a hands-on technical background.
