What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in Italy where I can lead industrial CAPEX and process-improvement projects, coordinate cross-functional technical teams, and deliver reliable automation and manufacturing equipment from design through commissioning.

At Michelin, I lead concurrent industrial equipment CAPEX projects from investment scoping and technical specifications through commissioning, performance validation, and operational handover. I have contributed to a €6.3M portfolio in a 24/7 high-throughput manufacturing environment.

As Plant Process Referent, I connect plant operations, central engineering, and R&D to prioritize process and equipment improvements. I support technology adoption, standardization, traceability, and reliability improvements across sites.

I led a €1.4M robotic-cell revamp involving mechanical, electrical, PLC, and software integration across three cells, delivering a 55% productivity increase. I also supported commissioning and optimization of 18 AGVs in a €3.6M material-handling project, reducing transport time by 12%.

I work hands-on through compressed shutdown windows and high-pressure start-ups, coordinating suppliers, contractors, safety interfaces, and production restart. My background combines mechanical design, FEA, risk assessment, process optimization, and practical manufacturing execution.
