What I'm looking for

I'm looking for supply chain planning, S&OP or transformation roles in Italy, France or Switzerland where I can align cross-functional teams, strengthen governance, and improve planning processes and decision-making.

At Liberty Global, I helped run S&OP for a €480M CPE portfolio across 12 European operating companies, structuring demand, supply and inventory data for cross-functional decisions. I standardised planning governance and ways of working, contributing to a 10%+ improvement in forecast accuracy and a shorter S&OP cycle.

I’ve led supply-chain transformation at The Walt Disney Company, integrating businesses around shared SAP processes and redesigning Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash operations. I also established the EMEA planning function for Disney Interactive, built a four-person team, and coordinated planning for €40M of inventory and more than 6 million annual units.

I bring hands-on experience in S&OP, demand and supply planning, NPI, supplier coordination, process governance and systems delivery. Based in Milan, I’m open to roles in Italy, France and Switzerland, as well as relocation.
