I’m a creative and dedicated healthcare-focused professional who approaches every task with commitment. I combine excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and a proactive, responsible mindset to help teams deliver reliable service.

Most recently, I worked as a Healthcare specialist at RadNet (Dec 2025 - Feb 2026), scheduling diagnostic imaging services and managing scheduling operations. I confirmed appointments, communicated effectively with patients, and ensured timely delivery of results to physicians.

Before and alongside my healthcare path, I’ve built experience in customer service across healthcare and banking environments, along with sales exposure. I’ve guided customers on products or services, handled phone assistance, gathered data during interactions, and validated identity as part of request processing.

I’m currently studying at Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (2023 - Present) while continuing to strengthen my coordination and advocacy skills through Healthcare Advocacy Solutions (HAS). I’m looking to join a company where my fast learning, teamwork, and innovative mindset can add real value through patient care coordination and efficient operations.
