What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting patients through accurate healthcare scheduling and customer service while growing my software engineering skills in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.

I coordinate diagnostic imaging appointments for the RadNet account at Contact Centers Dominicana, helping patients access ultrasound, mammography, X-ray, DEXA, PET/CT, and other services.

I review exam details, laterality, preparation requirements, patient information, and facility availability while communicating clearly in English and Spanish.

I use eRAD RIS and internal scheduling tools to document appointments, verify demographic and insurance information, support pre-registration, and maintain accurate records with HIPAA-conscious confidentiality practices.

Alongside my healthcare scheduling work, I’m pursuing Software Engineering at UNICARIBE and bring customer-service experience from Data Vimenca and family-run businesses.
