Seeking a fully remote AE, AM, BDM or CSM role in B2B SaaS or tech, working European hours. I want to own the full commercial cycle - from new business to long-term account growth.

I'm a commercial business development professional with a proven track record of building new business from scratch and managing strategic client relationships through full account cycles. I've worked across B2B SaaS sales, digital services, and technology-sector executive search.

At CrimsonXT, I signed the first new client within 5 weeks of joining with no inherited pipeline, existing relationships, or brand presence. I grew to 9 new client partnerships from a standing start - 67% converting into active, multi-placement accounts - driving personal billings of over £200k and total team revenue exceeding £400k since inception.

Before that, as an Account Director in the digital sports technology sector, I managed 22 client accounts with combined portfolio value exceeding £250k annually. I converted a single-product client into a multi-product relationship and redesigned onboarding processes to accelerate value realisation, improving early-stage satisfaction and contributing to stronger retention across the portfolio.

I'm now seeking a fully remote AE, AM, BDM or CSM role working European hours, ideally with a B2B SaaS or technology company.
