Ich bin 360°-Recruiting- und Vertriebsspezialist mit Fokus auf Active Sourcing, Kaltakquise und Sales. In meiner aktuellen Rolle als Sales Consultant im IT Recruitment baue ich eigenständig Beziehungen auf, führe qualifizierende Vorgespräche und übernehme Bedarfsanalysen für Kandidaten- und Kundenseite.

Ergänzend bringe ich ein BWL-Studium (Abschlussnote 1,8) sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch mit und kann durch technische Skills wie Python, Playwright und Claude API meine Arbeitsweise daten- und automatisierungsorientiert weiterentwickeln.
