What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role across Europe where I can build candidate pipelines, improve recruiting operations, and support technical and commercial hiring while continuing to grow in product-oriented recruiting.

I'm co-founding TalNow, a student recruiting platform developed through my master’s thesis, where I created the recruiting and matching concept and grew the platform to more than 100 active users. I also lead early company conversations to validate demand and explore collaborations.

At ingserv GmbH, I conducted more than 5,000 active sourcing searches annually across LinkedIn Recruiter, XING, and national databases, while screening over 100 applications weekly for technical and commercial roles. I bring international recruiting, applicant management, marketing strategy, and remote project-work experience across Germany, Poland, Italy, and Spain.
