What I'm looking for

My dream job is a mix of using my people skills and number skills, which in the past I have found in recruiting. My dream job is where I can feel I'm making a positive impact in others' lives and my own.

To me, recruiting is a puzzle. Everyday, I have the chance to decipher a hiring need and design a process to fulfill it. The processes I design are meant to select the most qualified candidate, taking into account multiple stakeholder's opinions, and evaluating candidates in a fair, transparent and smooth way, resulting in an employment opportunity that will allow them to grow professionally. As a data-driven recruiter, I enjoy studying previous and ongoing processes, to yield better, and faster hires, every time. As a recruiter, I am trusted to make decisions that can't be objectively double checked, yet have a permeating impact in a business' future.
