I’m looking to lead cross-functional operations in high-growth, regulated environments—building scalable employee lifecycle workflows, documentation systems, and HRIS-backed reporting with AI to improve efficiency and scale.

I’m a strategic operations builder with 10+ years designing systems, workflows, and infrastructure across the full employee lifecycle. In a fast-scaling, AI-forward medtech environment, I led foundational process and documentation systems, owning onboarding, integration, and offboarding for a distributed remote team.
