I build Product Operations systems that help teams turn customer signals into prioritized product work—especially at Samacare, where I established and scaled the Product Operations function end to end.
I’ve owned enterprise platform implementations, including migrating Freshdesk to HubSpot with workflow architecture, reporting, change management, and user training. I also designed executive dashboards in Apache Superset to surface product health, customer behavior, operational KPIs, and roadmap priorities.
