Most recently at Pomelo Care, I owned the end-to-end design and rollout of a centralized knowledge platform supporting care teams across 17 Medicaid markets. I replaced fragmented documentation with a scalable system to improve resource discoverability, standardize workflows, and accelerate onboarding—while building an iterative improvement process with continuous stakeholder feedback.

Earlier at Acentra Health, I managed complex Medicaid populations and delivered highly personalized customer experiences in multidisciplinary environments. I’m passionate about building intuitive products through experimentation, systems thinking, data-informed decision making, and emerging AI technologies.
