I’m looking for a role where I can apply a big-picture product mindset plus operational expertise to improve customer workflows, run experimentation, and use systems thinking and data-informed decisions to drive adoption—aligned with Pinterest’s Apprentice Product Manager program.

I’m a product-minded operations professional with 8+ years of experience understanding and designing customer-centered solutions. I lead cross-functional initiatives, translating user insights into scalable operational improvements while keeping customer experience at the center.

Most recently at Pomelo Care, I owned the end-to-end design and rollout of a centralized knowledge platform supporting care teams across 17 Medicaid markets. I replaced fragmented documentation with a scalable system to improve resource discoverability, standardize workflows, and accelerate onboarding—while building an iterative improvement process with continuous stakeholder feedback.
