I am a dynamic and resilient operations professional with a proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing service-oriented businesses across diverse markets. My journey began in Thailand, where I established a pioneering business, gaining deep operational insight and honing cross-cultural leadership skills. This experience taught me unmatched patience and adaptability, particularly when leading teams with limited English proficiency.

After returning to South Africa during the COVID-19 pandemic, I embraced the challenge of starting over, which strengthened my resilience and sharpened my entrepreneurial acumen. I successfully launched a cannabis delivery service in Cape Town, which rapidly became one of the most successful in the region. Currently, I oversee end-to-end operations, leading a team of over 50 staff across wholesale, retail, logistics, and customer experience, consistently delivering growth and operational efficiency.
