I’m a revenue executive and Director of Sales Development, known for building commercial organizations through leadership, scalable systems, coaching, and disciplined go-to-market execution. My focus is turning outbound into predictable pipeline by pairing strong process design with hands-on performance leadership.
At Mindmatrix, I scaled the Sales Development organization from 2 to 12 representatives within eight months. I transformed outbound generation from 2 qualified opportunities per month to more than 1,000 annually, while building forecasting, CRM architecture, KPI dashboards, lead routing, and sales enablement. I also partnered with executive leadership on GTM strategy and commercial operations.
Before that, I served as an Inside Sales Director, where I expanded enterprise pipeline and developed repeatable outbound processes to support enterprise revenue growth. Earlier, as a Zenefits Account Executive / Team Lead, I developed in a hyper-growth SaaS environment while exceeding goals and earning leadership responsibilities.
I lead with recruiting & hiring discipline, performance management, and leadership development—so teams can execute consistently and grow. I bring practical experience across Salesforce, Zoho CRM, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.AI, and AI prospecting to keep pipeline generation measurable and scalable.
