I’m an Order Management Representative focused on keeping customers, homeowners, and builders moving smoothly through every step of the order process. At Whirlpool Corporation, I placed and managed appliance orders while staying accountable for timelines and clear communication.

I pride myself on answering all questions related to orders and providing solutions when the timeframe wasn’t adequate for the customer. My approach is calm, proactive, and centered on problem-solving that protects customer trust.

Before that, I built strong client-facing skills as an Insurance Representative at Allstate the Vann Agency, where I earned a 4/40 license and used creative problem solving to customize policies to customers’ budget and needs. I also supported policy endorsing and selling through effective communication.

I bring additional hands-on service experience from Cellular Sales, where I provided technical assistance and customer service, selling phones, accessories, and cellular plans. Earlier, as a Fine Dining Server, I trained new employees and helped owners with opening responsibilities—so I’m comfortable in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
