At bkry, I was part of the core team building the brand’s operational foundation from the ground up. I helped establish systems, SOPs, workflows, and reporting processes as the business grew.

I led operations at a high-volume restaurant, coordinating with teams across the business. During my tenure, monthly revenue grew from approximately AED 1.6M to a peak of AED 2.5M, and the brand received Time Out Dubai Best Bakery 2025 and FACT Dining Awards Dubai Best Café 2025.

At Caribou Coffee, I managed operational and financial performance across 10 locations and oversaw new store openings in my assigned area. Earlier, at HOOF Cafe, I led the opening of its flagship Dubai Mall location, built the operation from opening stage onward, and led a 30-member team.

At DOH Doughnuts and Coffee, I developed training materials, SOPs, and standardized procedures adopted company-wide, and supported the rollout of a new POS system across all locations. I’m now transitioning into remote operations and business support, helping founders create structure, improve processes, and move projects forward.
