I’m looking for a B2B SaaS or EdTech team where I can be a hands-on growth partner—owning GTM, demand generation, and marketing ops—while leveraging AI-powered tools, coaching teams, and scaling pipeline with lean, high-ROI execution.

I’m a marketing leader with 15+ years driving demand, pipeline, and revenue for B2B SaaS and EdTech. I operate as a strategic player/coach—balancing big-picture GTM thinking with hands-on execution to launch products and scale programs that move measurable numbers.

As Head of Growth Marketing at Edthena, I’ve owned GTM strategy and execution across demand generation, brand, and marketing operations for three AI-enabled coaching and feedback platforms for K-12 schools. I drove lead and pipeline growth, including opportunities representing a significant share of company revenue, and helped increase the customer base by 5x.

I’ve also focused on growth through product and conversion improvements: I contributed to launching an observation tool, growing adoption from 0 to nearly 1,000 U.S. principals in under nine months. In parallel, I revitalized in-person private events (RSVPs +400%+; attendance +500%+ in 2024) and strengthened inbound leads (+56%) through targeted demand programs, content, and channel optimization.

Across prior roles, I defined and executed go-to-market strategy for Nxtbook Media’s SaaS model—delivering triple digit SaaS growth each year and putting the company on a path to acquisition or investment. I also built scalable marketing operations, streamlined sales and marketing processes with KPIs and dashboards, and used AI tools (including Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini) to extend team capacity without adding headcount.
