I am an operations- and strategy-driven business development manager with over 10 years of experience across commercial leadership, administrative management, and technology projects. I have led private-market sales operations, public-sector commercial activities, and managed corporate rebranding and marketing initiatives.

As a co-founder and CEO, and later COO and project manager, I delivered video analytics and facial recognition solutions, oversaw nationwide deployments, and created a new facial recognition product. I structured technical and legal operating models compliant with LGPD and localized international technology solutions for the Brazilian market.

I focus on process optimization, productivity systems, and integrating technology and AI for project planning and ESG-oriented initiatives. I have led environmental sustainability and circular economy projects, managed institutional relations with international partners, and driven operational restructuring to improve performance.
