I’m looking to lead paid media with ownership of full-funnel performance—pairing technical tracking and analytics with creative systems, structured SOPs, and team coaching to scale consistently across international markets.

I’m a Senior Media Buyer with over 7 years of experience managing more than 150 accounts across 18 countries. I connect technical data with creative direction to scale e-commerce, B2B, and high-ticket funnels—so performance improves without unstable costs.

In my current role as Head of Paid Media | ADS 21 (Brazil | 2024 – Current), I lead and coach a team of media buyers for technical excellence and KPI success. I oversee 60+ active accounts with a combined monthly budget of over R$ 300K (~$60K USD), and I created internal SOPs and workflows to help the agency scale consistently.

I’ve consistently delivered results at scale: up to R$ 47K daily ad spend across 4 accounts during 13–30 day launches, sustained $6K/week for 12+ months, and generated R$ 1.7M in revenue in 13 days at a 5.5 ROAS. Alongside media buying, I drive full-funnel diagnostics and creative systems—using GA4, GTM (server-side), and dashboards to turn real-time performance into decisions, then align landing pages, YouTube distribution, and ad production with growth goals.
