I am a dedicated SAP Functional Consultant with extensive experience in system specifications, training, and support. My journey began in 2009 at the Industrial Development Corporation, where I honed my skills in writing SAP specification documents and developing training materials aligned with business processes. I thrive in collaborative environments and have a proven track record of facilitating effective training sessions, both in classrooms and virtually.

Throughout my career, I have worked with various SAP modules, including MM, GRC, and FI, and have developed strong problem-solving skills that enable me to identify issues and escalate them effectively. My ability to build and maintain relationships has been key to my success, allowing me to influence others and achieve desired outcomes. I am committed to continuous learning and am currently pursuing an MSc in Computing to further enhance my expertise.
