I’m looking to support SAP S/4HANA transformations—driving SIT/UAT testing, process redesign, and data-driven problem solving—to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and supply chain performance in collaborative IT–business teams.

I’m a business transformation and enterprise operations professional with 14+ years of experience spanning SAP transformation support, business process optimisation, procurement, supply chain operations, master data governance, operational analytics, and cross-functional stakeholder management within the automotive industry. I’ve supported enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives across SANDBOX, DEV, SIT, and UAT environments, focusing on system testing, process validation, defect identification, and data validation.

In my current change-agent role, I execute functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate business scenarios, workflows, and system functionality. I collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align operational requirements with structured system solutions, while supporting workflow optimisation and enterprise change enablement through clear documentation and testing readiness activities.

Previously, I drove measurable operational outcomes by redesigning processes and stabilising operations—most notably achieving supply stabilisation improvement targets within 60 days through supplier coordination, process intervention, and data-driven problem solving. Across procurement and master data, I maintained data integrity, supported RFQ and sourcing activities, performed forecasting and inventory analysis, and used continuous improvement (Kaizen) to reduce operational risk and improve visibility through KPI-driven reporting and dashboards.
