What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a dedicated Executive Virtual Assistant role supporting senior leadership.

At Bluewave Multi Supplies, I coordinate marketing and business-support priorities, customer communication, and follow-ups so tasks and deliverables stay organised. I also prepare sales orders and assist with customer invoicing during busy periods.

I joined as Social Media Manager and was promoted to Head of Marketing after approximately three months. In this role, I maintain marketing schedules, content calendars, campaign information, and digital records using Airtable, Trello, Google Sheets, and Excel.

At Unateus Company, I managed social media and digital marketing activities while handling customer communications and supporting administrative and bookkeeping tasks. I also developed efficient customer support processes and supported online campaigns and promotions.

My experience also includes sales and customer-facing work at Airtel Kenya, SC Johnson Family, Premier Credit, and Jubilee Insurance Company. I’ve trained in virtual assistance, including calendar and task organisation, professional email communication, online research, and remote client support, and I’m now seeking a dedicated Executive Virtual Assistant role supporting senior leadership.
