I’m a Research, Program Support, and Capacity-Building Specialist with over 6 years supporting community development, entrepreneurship, and inclusive training initiatives across Kenya. I combine data collection and participant tracking with monitoring, evaluation, and learning to turn program activity into evidence-based improvement.
In my role with the Women in Energy Program, I support program research through baseline and endline evaluations, training outcome analysis, and performance indicator tracking. I maintain detailed participant databases, monitoring tools, and program documentation, then produce reports, case studies, success stories, and summaries for internal learning, donor reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Earlier, as a Youth Trainer with TechnoServe, I delivered entrepreneurship, leadership, and life-skills training while supporting M&E through participant progress assessments and reporting support. I’m passionate about environmental sustainability and social impact, and I enjoy coordinating diverse partners while facilitating learner-centered workshops, mentorship, and digital learning support.
