At Just Capital, I built the people systems the organization runs on, from its handbook and policies to performance, development, and manager coaching. As Senior Director, People & Operations, I selected and implemented Emplova, rebuilding payroll, benefits, and onboarding around the new HRIS.
I also led the organization’s AI adoption, writing staff guidance and guardrails and automating recurring people and operations work. I rebuilt the performance cycle around organizational objectives and values, and redesigned engagement surveys into shorter, more frequent cycles that reached 95 percent completion.
