At Constructor, I lead global People Operations and Talent for a remote-first Series B SaaS company scaling across 40+ countries.
I've supported growth from 35 to 330+ employees and now help scale the company from 250 toward 450 employees. I lead people operations, talent acquisition, and executive business partners across an 8–12 person team.
I build the systems behind sustainable growth—from ATS, HRIS, payroll, benefits, and performance tools to feedback cycles and AI-driven workflows that improve data accuracy and reduce manual work.

Leading all people operations initiatives at a scaling start-up including hiring, onboarding, compliance, global immigration, team culture, employee engagement, performance management, DE&I, payroll, and benefits.
- Key player on the YouCaring transition team for HR and operational items.
- Prepared a detailed FAQ with the YouCaring leadership team to address employee questions after the acquisition by GoFundMe.
- Worked with benefits brokers to promptly and accurately close employee benefit accounts.
