I am an HR professional with progressive experience at a multinational automotive company, advancing from Human Resources Officer to Senior Human Resources Officer and now HR Supervisor. I drive recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, and employee engagement initiatives while supporting policy formulation and investigations.

In my current role I lead and coach HR officers, oversee day-to-day HR functions, and guide the recruitment team through full-cycle hiring. I also prepare management reports, coordinate with corporate offices, and implement strategies that improve staff engagement and operational consistency.

I bring a methodical, detail-oriented approach, strong time-management and problem-solving skills, and empathy for employees. I hold a BS in Psychology and am a licensed psychometrician, committed to fair, compliant, and people-centered HR practices.
