I'm looking to lead strategic and operational HR, employee relations, labour-law compliance, workforce planning, and HR transformation in an organisation where I can build practical people systems at scale.

I lead HR and administrative operations at TRT Arredo Limited, supporting a 350+ employee furniture manufacturing workforce across employee relations, recruitment, payroll, benefits, performance, compliance, and HR systems.
