I’m looking for a role where I can own people strategy—building scalable hiring and performance systems—while partnering with executives to drive measurable outcomes, inclusive culture, and full compliance (NDPR/GDPR).

I’m a strategic HR leader building people functions across multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional organizations, aligning talent strategy with executive leadership and business growth. I partner with Managing Directors and leadership teams to design organizational structures, talent acquisition engines, and governance systems that enable high-performance, inclusive workplaces.

In my Human Resources Manager role, I led HR operations for two subsidiaries across Nigeria and DR Congo, growing the Nigeria workforce by 120% in 18 months and the DRC workforce by 96% in under 12 months.
