I seek a role combining customer care and social media responsibilities in a collaborative, growth-oriented team where I can drive engagement and improve customer experience.

I am a dedicated customer service and social media specialist with hands-on experience in retail, bakery, and e-commerce environments, complemented by internship experience as a Social Media Manager. I have consistently delivered strong customer relationships, met sales targets, and developed social content strategies that increased engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
