I’m looking for a role where I can deliver prompt, professional multichannel support, resolve account and transaction issues, and use content/ads knowledge to boost engagement and conversions in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a customer-focused support professional with 3+ years handling inquiries across social media, live chat, phone, and email for fintech, retail, and banking platforms. I’m known for staying professional and responsive in fast-paced, high-volume environments while resolving account verification, issueresolution, and transaction issues.

In my current roles, I own monthly Instagram content strategy and create reels, unboxing, and styling content aligned with brand voice and product positioning. I also run and monitor Instagram Ads, adjusting creative and targeting based on performance data to grow engagement.
