What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an HR or people operations role where I can support onboarding, records, scheduling, employee communication, training, and people development while growing my knowledge of organizational systems.

I've supported people-centered operations at LEAP NYC, serving as the primary contact for parents, school staff, and community members across a program of approximately 100 students. I managed scheduling, attendance reporting, dismissal logistics, and clear communication while following safety protocols and organizational policies.

Through internships with At Square One Career Readiness Program and The Broadway Community Center, I've conducted organizational research, maintained Google Sheets tracking systems, coordinated volunteers and events, and delivered people-focused programming. I'm pursuing graduate study in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and bring bilingual communication, confidentiality, records management, and customer-facing operations experience.
