I’m seeking on-site or remote opportunities where I can handle data entry, CRM administration, administrative support, and customer support—using accurate documentation, operational reporting, and responsive communication to keep daily operations running smoothly.

I’m a customer support and operations professional with 19 years of experience in customer relationship management, administrative support, CRM coordination, data entry, complaint resolution, and export-import logistics operations. I’ve built my career on accurate documentation, responsive communication, and reliable reporting—especially in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

In my current role at PT SKF Lubrication Indonesia, I coordinate end-to-end export and import activities, process purchase orders and invoices in ERP/spreadsheets, and prepare and verify shipping documents for customs clearance (including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, and Certificates of Origin). Previously, I supported customer service using Qontak CRM at PT Mastro Luxe Indonesia and led call center/CRO operations and CRM reporting across Hyundai dealership networks, maintaining customer records and supporting retention and service improvement programs.
