At Grundfos, I coordinated the consolidation of two Jira environments across 400+ projects. I analysed workflows and requirements, coordinated the phased migration, and continued with workflow optimization, reporting improvements and user enablement.
At ISMA Service, I defined the product vision for a 24/7 digital monitoring solution for sprinkler systems. I prioritised requirements across 64 system metrics and led development from concept through prototype with technical specialists and external partners.
Earlier, I improved defect and test-management processes at Region Hovedstaden, helping automate approximately 90% of test reporting. I’ve also worked on product development for EV charging, Agile delivery, and business analysis in financial services and enterprise IT.
