I seek roles where I can lead QA automation, integrate testing into CI/CD, mentor teams, and deliver reliable, maintainable systems.

I am an experienced IT professional specializing in quality assurance, test automation, and system development, with a long track record across banking, pension, and payroll systems. I build and maintain automated test suites, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and develop performance and API tests to ensure robust production releases.

Throughout my career I have led nearshore teams, established QA processes based on ISTQB standards, and delivered measurable improvements — including replacing and extending test suites with Ranorex and Robot Framework, integrating tests into Jenkins and GitLab, and developing load tests with JMeter. I have strong experience coaching colleagues and onboarding QA practices across organisations.
