Since 2025, I’ve built and operated a fleet of AI agents for daily work, including task automation, document drafting, monitoring, reporting, and handoffs. I configure MCP servers and tool access, use Claude and Gemini through APIs, and rerun evaluations when models, prompts, or data change.

At the Competition Council, I managed ICT development programmes from requirements through implementation and testing, coordinating 10–12 stakeholders. I delivered five ICT initiatives, including the E-case implementation and Tableau platform; Tableau reports were adopted by three departments, and a reporting cycle that took three to four days of manual processing was reduced to one day.

At the National Health Service, I led a team of nine IT specialists responsible for developing the national E-Health information system. Across my project management work, I’ve focused on diagnosing dysfunctional processes and making changes by engaging people beyond my direct reporting lines.
