What I'm looking for

I'm looking to solve intellectually challenging product problems where I can combine analytical rigour, behavioural insight, and hands-on AI-enabled delivery to build impactful digital products with collaborative teams.

Product Manager with 5 years shipping digital products across Europe and Asia, after 7 years in international banking in Hong Kong and Paris. I work at the intersection of analytical rigour and behavioural insight, and I own products end to end, from discovery and strategy through to delivery, tying features to business KPIs and measuring their real impact.

I ship results. At Betclic I led a 13-engineer squad through a two-year rebuild of the app used by 4.9M players, lifting delivery velocity by 33%. As Head of Product at Tudigo, a crowdfunding platform, I rebuilt the product team and took a key investor funnel from 38% to 72%. At Scalelist I rebuilt onboarding and cut Day-1 churn by 23%. I also work hands-on with AI: prototyping, fixing bugs and shipping features myself with Cursor and Claude, and helping ship MCP integrations that connect products to AI assistants.

I'm comfortable working async across time zones with distributed teams, and I build the internal tools that make operations more efficient. My finance background helps me navigate complex domains, and a BSc in Psychology I'm pursuing alongside work sharpens how I design products people genuinely enjoy using.

Outside work, I play rugby and hike, spend time at the piano or learning about ecology and the human mind, and love meeting people from different backgrounds and walks of life.
