Exclusively seeking freelance and contract projects through Pexcron Ltd: IT project management, Scrum delivery, technical coordination, process automation and QA. I help organisations turn complex IT initiatives into structured delivery and working processes. Through my company Pexcron Ltd, I deliver freelance IT project management, agile delivery and process automation. TEDi, Trafineo / BP Aral and MTR were client assignments through Pexcron.

Previously, I managed customer projects at Computacenter, including Azure migration preparation involving owners of 300+ applications and nationwide infrastructure rollouts. At Appsoluts, I introduced Scrum for an approximately ten-person mobile app team. My TEDi assignments covered Active Directory and RBAC concepts through pilot validation, plus standardisation of more than 700 email distribution lists and mailboxes.

I combine scope, schedule, budget, risk and stakeholder management with practical technical work: n8n and API integrations, AI-assisted document processing, PostgreSQL and Docker operations, and risk-based quality engineering with Playwright and TypeScript. My independent Plane QA and Hermes automation projects demonstrate my approach to testing, human review and reliable workflows. I use Claude Code and Codex with deliberate task decomposition, context management and validation.
