Before Nouria, I spent more than 18 years at Société Générale de Banque au Liban, progressing from Bank Teller to Head of Section for Animation & Retail Products. I managed retail product sales and branch portfolio development, achieved top rankings in debt collection, insurance policy sales, and product sales, and helped drive continuous service improvement.

As Assistant Branch Manager for Commercial Activities, I led initiatives that increased branch sales by 60% to 120% and helped position the branch among SGBL's top performers. I build strong client relationships, lead service-focused teams, and use performance insights to improve operations and deliver results.
