I've spent over eight years serving customers and improving operations across Blom Bank and Zara in Lebanon. In my current role at Blom Bank, I manage account procedures, card requests, wire transfers, loan settlements, data validation, and customer relationships.
Previously, as a Bank Teller at Blom Bank, I handled daily cash transactions, maintained accurate financial records, supported clean audit results, and helped customers use digital banking tools including ATMs, eCash, and the mobile application.
At Zara, I led and supported a team of more than 20 employees, managed onboarding and training, coordinated schedules and inventories, and contributed to the branch ranking #1 among Zara branches in Lebanon for seasonal sales targets. I also supported the implementation of RFID technology to strengthen stock security, replenishment, and customer experience.
I'm building on this operational and customer-facing foundation with training in digital marketing, SEO, social media, e-commerce, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, WordPress, and HubSpot CRM.
