I'm supporting customers and financial operations at Bank of Beirut and Arab Countries, handling banking inquiries, account services, digital transactions, and issue resolution.

In the Credit Unit, I manage daily operations for 20+ clients and process local and international wire transfers in line with banking regulations and internal compliance requirements. I also handle legally sensitive actions involving guardianship, asset freezes, and inheritance cases with careful documentation.

I help clients adopt and use online banking services, resolve transfer-related issues, manage proxies, and guide customers through digital processes. I bring a detail-focused approach to financial reporting, VAT filings, checks, budgets, insurance policies, and commercial transactions.

Previously, I led a five-person sales team at Cafe Noel, trained seven new hires, and launched a new Beirut branch. I also use ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot to review information, compare AI responses, identify inconsistencies, and support research.
