At Monday Working Spaces, I set quality and brand-consistency standards across a 14-center portfolio, designing the facility audit program used to track performance. I coordinated teams, vendors, and corrective actions that increased average audit scores by around 5% per tracking period.
I turn customer feedback into operational improvements, including projects that lifted the core client loyalty score from 47 to 61 in H1 2025. I also led development of an AI-powered client chatbot handling 200+ queries each month, from developer selection through decision-tree and knowledge-base design.
I've negotiated supplier contracts, managed budgets and rollouts, and trained 20+ collaborators across Design, IT, HR, and Facilities. Recently relocated to Milan, I'm available for travel and multi-site management.
