What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote opportunities in international organisations, particularly in Customer Experience, Quality Assurance, or Platform Operations. I’m interested in Digital Marketing and want to bring my customer-facing, quality management, and operational skills to technology-driven environments while continuing to develop in the digital sector.

At OASIS BY ACHE & COYOTE BY ACHE, I progressed from managing one venue to supervising operations across both locations. I coordinated teams and schedules while monitoring operational performance and maintaining service quality.

At SITEL – SCALAPAY PROJECT, I moved from customer support to a Quality Manager position during my final month. I evaluated service interactions against quality standards, supported reporting and training, and identified ways to improve customer experience.
