What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a growth-focused role where I can lead marketing execution, own SEO and CRM strategy, and use data-driven reporting to increase engagement and revenue—especially in customer-centric, partnership-driven environments.

I’m a strategic marketing professional and business leader who combines large-team leadership with high-impact digital marketing. I focus on SEO, CRM implementation, and content strategy to increase organic traffic and customer engagement through data-driven decisions.

At PT Balifoam Nusamegah Lombok, NTB, I led and managed a cross-functional marketing team of 30 people to deliver monthly KPIs. I supervised all content production (social media, website, email), executed SEO for both the website and Google Business Profile (consistently ranking in the top 3 local search results), and implemented CRM software to streamline customer engagement, track campaign performance, and increase client retention.

I also provided SEO consulting services to improve partner and in-house content performance, driving a 40%+ increase in organic traffic within 6 months. In my current role as a Sales Specialist at FINNS Global (Finns Beachclub), I deliver personalized guest experiences, surpass monthly sales targets by up to 20%, and use daily/weekly sales reporting to identify trends and support faster decisions.
