I’m a growth-focused marketing leader based in Bali, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. I lead with trust, clear communication, and calm accountability—grounded in how I guided people through high-stakes paragliding environments.

As Head of Marketing (2020–Present), I’ve led SEO strategy, technical optimization, and long-form content production, while building affiliate systems and publisher partnerships through CRM and workflow tools. I also coordinated influencer and UGC campaigns at scale, and managed international reseller and distributor outreach pipelines to strengthen hospitality partnerships.

I focus heavily on systems and measurable outcomes: I oversee Shopify optimization and CRM workflow automation, and implement AI-powered reporting and outreach automation to keep teams and partners moving fast. In parallel, I’ve developed ROI-based sales systems and pitch frameworks to improve conversion across markets.

Before this, I managed digital marketing campaigns and SEO as a Marketing Manager (2018–2020), then handled SEO campaigns and optimization projects for multiple international clients as an SEO Account Manager (2014–2018). My background shaped my leadership ethos: responsibility by nature, a team-first mindset, and decision-making grounded in risk assessment and situational awareness.
