I've led the launch and marketing development of Harae Home, a new teak wood furniture retail brand, overseeing marketing strategy, business development, sales management, and team leadership.

I build partnerships with suppliers, architects, interior designers, corporate clients, and local business communities. I've also recruited and supervised sales and administrative teams, set monthly KPIs, managed budgets, and directed Instagram content and campaigns.

At PT Jiwa Kreatif Nusantara, I managed first orders for international buyers from prospecting and negotiation through export documentation and shipment coordination. I represented the company at international trade exhibitions, connected overseas buyers with local suppliers, and prepared Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Delivery Orders.

Earlier, I helped build Blessed Shoesclean from the ground up through brand positioning, customer segmentation, social media marketing, promotions, and strategic local partnerships. I'm motivated by sustainable business growth across domestic and international markets.
