I have a strong background in international business relations, marketing, and account management, with experience across diverse industries. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of customer relationship management, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving. I have successfully handled client interactions, account management, and operational processes, always striving to build long-lasting partnerships and deliver high-quality services.

Previously, I worked as a Global Account Manager & Business Administrative Assistant at Aliatlante Export SL where I built and maintained relationships with international clients and suppliers, managed import/export operations, and supported financial processes. I also gained marketing experience during my internship at Tonello S.R.L., focusing on market research, competitor analysis, and event coordination.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Languages for Tourism and Business Communication from the University of Verona, specializing in International Business Relations. My Erasmus experiences in Spain and Ireland have strengthened my multilingual skills (Italian, Spanish, English, and French)and cultural adaptability.

I am passionate about marketing strategy, international business development, and project management, where I can leverage my skills in data analysis, customer engagement, and problem-solving. Outside of work, my main passion is traveling, which I love to organize independently, exploring new destinations through trekking and cycling trips. I also have a strong interest in photography, cultural exchange programs, and digital marketing trends.
