I’m seeking a remote, international role in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management or CRM, where I can combine commercial performance with long-term client relationship building.

At Rag & Bone, I contributed to opening the brand’s first European store and establishing its sales processes and clienteling practices. I ranked among the Top 3 best sellers across Europe.

I deliver personalised styling consultations and build long-term relationships with high-value clients. My work also includes client follow-up to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.

As a PR & Collaborations Intern at Iris van Herpen, I managed international communications with stylists, agents and press contacts across the UAE, China, Japan, the US and Europe. I also coordinated VIP gifting and client relationship workflows for high-profile events.
