What I'm looking for
I’m a customer service professional with strong experience supporting clients in fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environments. As a Patient Scheduling Coordinator (Remote) since Nov 2018, I handle inbound scheduling changes, cancellations, and appointment updates while serving as a primary point of contact between patients, clinicians, and field staff to ensure timely communication and service continuity.
