What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my experience in SaaS rollouts, functional analysis, troubleshooting, and B2B client operations to improve workflows and turn business problems into practical solutions.

I've supported Visma InSchool rollouts and onboarding for individual schools and multi-school deployments across Norwegian counties, including county reorganizations.

I investigate functional issues across configuration, organizational data, roles, permissions, and customer scenarios, identifying whether the cause is setup, data, or a product defect. I work with school-year planning, teacher allocation, student options, absence, substitutions, and administrative setup.

I document defects and functional requirements in Jira with clear business context, reproduction steps, and expected versus actual behaviour, then work with Product, Development, and second-line teams through testing and follow-up.

Earlier, I onboarded corporate customers at DNB Bank ASA and helped reduce bank-card waiting times from approximately 14 days to around 2 days. My background also includes payroll administration, process improvement, KYC/AML, and customer-facing work in Nordic environments.
