I've supported Windows-based business environments for more than 20 years, from IT support to sole system administration for organizations with up to 400 workstations. My hands-on work spans Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, networking, backup, 1C, SQL Server, and Asterisk IP telephony.
At an industrial distribution company, I managed 110 workstations and five servers and deployed Asterisk telephony for 110 endpoints. While serving as a Board Member at a Riga customs terminal, I continued administering 1C and held full responsibility for Asterisk-based telephony alongside operational IT decisions.
